    The accommodation is situated on the 4th (top) floor of an Art Deco building. The building is served by an elevator, resident's pool, sauna and laundrette.

    Lothian House is in the City Centre with Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, the EICC Conference Centre, Princes Street, theatres, cinemas, restaurants, pubs, clubs and shopping within a short walk.

    Double glazed and with central heating and solid oak flooring throughout, the apartments have one bedroom with a large double or two single beds and pure cotton bedding for your comfort. The sitting rooms have a dining area at the window. 68 faces East with a great view of the Castle and 85 faces West overlooking Fountainbridge. The sitting rooms have a double sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children. For entertainment there is large flatscreen TV,  DVD player and CD / hi-fi player. 85 also has a video player with a large video library. There is free wireless internet for your laptop and both apartments have a desk / work area. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen area. The bathrooms have a bath tub with shower over.

    The apartment may be booked for short stays from three days, prices starting at £240. During the Edinburgh Festival the minimum stay is seven nights

    68 and 85 Lothian House, 124, Lothian Road, Edinburgh are self catering apartments. The apartments are on the fourth (top) floor of the block and are served by an elevator and staircase. 68 faces East overlooking Lothian Road with a good view of Edinburgh Castle. 85 faces West overlooking Fountainbridge. They are the City centre and within easy walking distance of most of the attractions and transport links. There is a residents swimming pool (heated and open all year), sauna and coin operated laundrette.

    The apartment would be cleaned to a high standard for your arrival with the bed(s) made up and bathing and  pool towels provided for each person. The bedroom has a choice of super king size bed or two single beds.  A double sofa bed can be made up in the sitting room and a travel cot/crib and high chair can also be provided on request. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Dishcloths, cleaning materials and basic necessities such as condiments, cooking oil, tea, coffee and sugar are provided. There are two late opening grocery stores in the block and many 'Take Away' sevices should you wish to eat in. The sitting room has a large flat screen digital T.V., DVD player, CD and tape player, radio. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and comes with shampoo, body wash, soap and toilet paper. There is free wireless internet if you bring your own laptop and a work station in the hall. The accommodation is strictly non smoking.

     Lothian Road is adjacent to Princes Street and has the Lyceum, Traverse, Kings and Usher Hall theatres, The Filmhouse, Odeon cinema, pubs, clubs, restaurants and shops. The Edinburgh International Conference Centre is just around the corner.
