It is because of it's location it makes it an ideal choice for those working in the city/town to return to the tranquillity of the county side.
Chapel of Barras Farm is a working farm in the Stonehaven area & now also offers comfortable bed & breakfast serving locally sourced ingredients to offer Full Scottish or Continental breakfasts with homemade breads, croissants & preserves.
The farm is situated with easy access to many attractions-: Dunnottar Castle, Kinneff Old Kirk, Stonehaven Open Air Swimming Pool, The Whisky, Castle & Victorian Heritage Trails & various cycle routes, golf courses & nature reserve. Stonehaven is also the Gateway to Royal Deeside.
There are also plenty of excellent restaurants in the area to choose from making Chapel of Barras Farm the ideal base to explore the wonderful place we call home.
