Set in the extensive gardens of our home, our lodges on the outskirts of Dervaig offer peace and tranquiity with views across the glen, yet we are only 10 minutes walk to the village, its pub and shop.
The lodges are located in the extensive gardens of our home where you may enjoy the rural views in the scenic area of north Mull. The gardens are protected from midges with 2 Midgeater Plus machines. The fully insulated lodges are equipped to a very high standard and are available ALL YEAR. Children are welcome. Dogs are welcomed by arrangement, subject to a small charge. All lodges have Wi-Fi available.
Beech Lodge has 3 bedrooms, double, twin and bunk-room as well as family shower room with underfloor heating. The lodge is on 1 level with vaulted ceilings and has a large veranda. The furniture is pine, there is a 32" LCD widescreen colour television, DVD, stereo and double doors to a large veranda with patio table and chairs. The lodge is all electric and has a fully equipped kitchen, large living/dining area with extendable dining table for 4/6. The lodge has a washing machine and fridge/freezer. Beech Lodge is available Easter to October for 3, 7 or 10 nights from Friday or 4, 7, or 11 nights from Monday. From November to March Beech lodge is available for short breaks, (minimum 2 nights) or longer lets with no restriction on start days. Christmas & Hogmanay minimum 4 nights.

The lodge is all electric and has a fully equipped kitchen, large living/dining area with a dining table for 4. The lodge has a washing machine and freezer in the porch. Willow Lodge is available from Sat to Sat from Easter until October. From November to March it is available for short breaks (minimum 2 nights) or longer lets with no restriction on start finish days. Christmas & Hogmanay minimum 4 nights.

Rowan and Sycamore Lodges are a pair of semi-detached 1 bedroom lodges, new in 2009 and provide accommodation for 2/4 people in one bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. Downstairs they have a spacious kitchen diner and a generous double bedroom with bathroom, upstairs is a light and airy living area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and washing machine. The lounge contains a 32" LCD widescreen colour television, DVD player and sound system. A variety of books, toys, games, CDs and DVDs are also provided. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet. Both lodges have a decking area with table and chairs. Rowan and Sycamore Lodges are available Easter to October for 3,7 or 10 nights from Friday or 4, 7 or 11 nights from Monday. From November to March they are available for short breaks (minimum 2 nights) or longer lets with no restriction on start finish days. Christmas & Hogmanay minimum 4 nights.

We offer our guests high quality accommodation, carefully managed in a way that affords peace, privacy and seclusion. Situated on the edge of Dervaig village we are ideally situated for walking, birding, touring or just relaxing while enjoying the views. All lodges have access to a barbecue.
You can explore castle, lochs, glens and picturesque villages; be active, try walking, riding, fishing, golfing, picnicking, sailing - the choice is yours! Climb Ben More; visit Tobermory Distillery, Duart Castle, enjoy a wildlife trip have a meal out. Within walking distance there is a pub that serves good food. There is also restaurant 3 miles away, hotels and restaurants 7 miles away in Tobermory.
Tariffs are inclusive of bedding, towels and electricity. We can provide a travel cot and highchair at no extra charge. Additional beds may be provided subject to an additional charge.
