Overview
They have both been awarded 4 star status by the Scottish Tourist Board authority, VisitScotland.The larger apartment of the two has a spacious entrance hall leading to the open plan living area and 1st bedroom. The living/dining area boasts a magnificent feature window overlooking Atholl Street and gardens beyond. There is a gas log-effect stove and seated gallery. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with every modern appliance. The double bedroom has en-suite bath, shower and wc. The stair to the upper floor leads to the galleries area and a twin-bedded room with en-suite shower and wc.
The smaller apartment has a comfortable open plan living room with a gas log-effect stove; gothic windows overlook Lairds Inn Court. The fully fitted kitchen has every modern appliance. A staircase from the entrance hall leads to a double and a twin bedroom, which share a bath, shower and wc, plus a separate wc.
Both apartments are equipped with TV, DVD and hi-fi. They have central heating and are decorated and furnished to a high standard. A no smoking policy is strictly maintained. Pets are excluded but well-behaved children are welcome.
