The self-catering accommodation consists of a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area and a large living space. There is 1 double bedroom and a large shower room. The cottage offers very comfortable accommodation for a single person or a couple looking for quiet, peaceful surroundings within easy reach of St Andrews. Clatto Bothy boasts delightful views out over the beautiful Fife countryside and down the valley towards St Andrews and the sea.

The kitchen has been newly upgraded with new appliances throughout. It is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The living room can comfortably seat 4 for social evenings of games, conversation or watching television on the large flat screen TV. The cottage has central heating throughout but there is also a stylish log burning stove which helps to create a welcoming cottage atmosphere. The dining area has space to comfortably accommodate 4 for dinner.

Clatto Bothy has its own private car parking area and is well situated for those interested in walks in the countryside, or cycling. There is a secure shed available which could easily accommodate golf clubs, fishing equipment or bikes.

Clatto Bothy is less than 5 miles from the beautiful and historic town of St Andrews which has expansive beaches, championship golf courses, the University of St Andrews and many wonderful shops. There is an abundance of great cafes, pubs and restaurants, a theatre, cinema and swimming pool.

Blebo Craigs is also well situated for travelling further afield as it is within easy reach of Dundee, Perth, Edinburgh and the beautiful fishing villages of the East Neuk of Fife.
