Getting there by ferry:- From Stornoway Ferry terminal follow signs for A859 Tarbert Road. From Leverburgh and Tarbert terminals, follow signs for A859 to Stornoway. Balallan is approximately 42 miles from Leverburgh and 24 miles from Tarbert.
