The kitchen includes an electric double oven with hob and grill, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, table and four chairs. An additional small freezer is located in the hall cupboard.
The living room has 2 x 2 seater settees, a 28" TV with Sky Freeview satellite, DVD recorder, Hi-Fi and fireplace with electric fire. A large picture window offers lovely views of the surrounding area.
The bathroom is partially tiled and includes a 3 piece suite with overbath Mira shower & screen and electric shaver point.
Both bedrooms are comfortably furnished and the twin bedroom has a good sized walk-in cupboard for storage.
All towels and bedding are provided, and a fire extinguisher, electric smoke alarm and carbon dioxide monitor are fitted.
Gas central heating and double glazing throughout make this a cosy and comfortable choice for your holiday. The electricity and heating costs are included in the price.

The property is owner maintained, and is let for full weeks only, Saturday to Saturday.
