Traditional design the property has a large living room with French doors to patio, wood burning stove, kitchen, shower room, toilet. Upstairs three double/twin bedrooms, bathroom. Panoramic views from all rooms.

Cnoc Famh is set in 8 acres, bordered on 2 sides by the river Balvaig and Calair burn with salmon and trout fishing.

Three ponds well established with an abundance of wildlife and wildflowers. The following can be seen at Cnoc Famh:-
WILDLIFE:- Red Deer, Roe Deer, Salmon, Brown Trout, Hare, Rabbit, Red Squirrel.
BIRDLIFE:- Mallard, Teal, Pheasant, Heron, Cuckoo, many songbirds.
ALSO IN THE LOCALITY:- Golden Eagles, Merlin, Kites.

Superbly situated for outdoor activity cycling, walking and canoeing 2 minutes walk to Loch Voil, within Scotland's first National Park.

Location:- Cnoc Famh is situated just outside Balquhidder Village. Nearest shop groceries, newspapers, post office Strathyre 3 miles. Callander is the main shopping town 12 miles, Edinburgh 1 hour 15 min drive and Glasgow 1 hour drive.
