Kailzie Garden is a large family garden situated in the beautiful Tweed Valley.

This self-catering cottage near Peebles is situated within the eighteenth century stables at Kailzie Gardens. Although positioned in the centre of the gardens, it is reasonably secluded, with it's own small garden and sitting out area. For those visiting Glentress there is secure storage for mountain bikes. On the ground floor there is a cosy sitting room - with dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped including electric cooker, microwave and deep freeze. A small utility room, with washing machine, leads into the bathroom. There is a large downstairs bedroom. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms. All bedrooms are twin bedded with blankets. Colour TV, video and radio are provided. There is oil central heating throughout the cottage, and an open fire in the sitting room. Tenants have free access to the gardens, and to the beautiful walks on the estate.
