*Price above is indicative. Full pricing below. Prices are based on five people sharing. Additional guest £20 per person per week / part week. Dogs are £15 per week / part week. Prices are shown for a full week, with the changeover day on Friday. Prices include towels, bedlinen, heating, and any child related equipment (baby bath etc.) we have agreed with you that we will provide.
2013:
3rd May to 28th June and 13th September to 20th December - £400 per week.
28th June to 13th September and 20th December to 3rd January 2014 - £460 per week.
2014:
3rd January to 28th February - £360 per week.
We are happy to consider shorter bookings, on the following basis:
2 nights - 50%
3 nights - 60%
4 nights - 70%
5 nights - 80%
6 nights - 90% of full week cost.
We can provide a 2 course evening meal on the first night of your arrival (excluding Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day) for £12 per person.
We can collect and put away food shopping you order by phone from shops in Innerleithen for a £5 charge.
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit, to be paid within one week of our confirmation of your booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks in advance of the beginning of your stay. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of this date, then the full payment will be required within a week of our confirmation of the booking. Payment by cheque or internet transfer.
If you wish to cancel the booking, please advise us by letter or email. Cancellation charges as follows: more than 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday, £50 admin charge. 4-8 weeks before, 25% of the cost of the booking. 2-4 weeks before, 50% of cost. 0-2 weeks, 75% of cost. If we are able to re-let the property, we will reduce the cancellation charge by 75%.
We will require a housekeeping payment of £150, payable with the final booking payment, which will be refunded in full on cancellation, or on satisfactory handover of the property.
