Overview
Cottown House, near the village of Glencarse, is a mile from the A 90 which links Perth (five miles) and Dundee(11 miles). It is centrally located for Edinburgh and Glasgow which you can reach in an hour by car and heading north, Aberdeen and Inverness are around an hour and twenty minutes.This charming property has two large bedrooms with en suite and there is also a self-contained apartment comprising two bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The modern, fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with electric oven and gas hob, large fridge freezer, and washing machine along with a good range of kitchen equipment. A folding table seats up to four people - ideal for less formal meals.
The well maintained garden looks over the open countryside of the Carse of Gowrie and Fife and for visitors travelling with horses, there is a small paddock and stabling. The garden has a barbecue and there is ample private parking.
If you are planning to be in Scotland on business, or mixing business with pleasure, an office and conference room is available in our adjacent office block.
