Overview

Set within a relaxing courtyard setting in the grounds of East Kirkland farm, visitors to each of these comfortable, self-catering cottages can enjoy access to the farm's indoor heated swimming pool, (normally open mid April until September), a games barn with a pool table, table tennis and lots more as well as an outdoor play area for young children. Wi-Fi access is also available as well as a drying and laundry room, storage for bicycles and kenneling for dogs.

Rose Cottage

This charming ground floor cottage forms part of the original farmhouse which dates back to the 16th century. Sleeping up to six guests, the spacious cottage comprises of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bunk bed style bedroom. The cottage also features a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a welcoming living room with an open fire and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Stables and Granary Mews

These cosy semi-detached ground floor cottages sleep up to four guests each. They comprise a double bedroom, a bunk bed style bedroom, a modern open plan bathroom with a walk-in shower and a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a log burning stove. Sliding double doors open out onto a private patio which overlooks the bay.

The Barn Cottage

This cottage was converted from the original barn and sleeps up to three guests. It features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a stylish log burning stove plus a bathroom with a walk-in shower on the ground floor. Its attractive open staircase leads to the spacious gallery bedroom.

Garden cottage

This ground floor cottage sleeps up to three guests and has a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a log burning stove. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and the beautifully decorated master bedroom has a luxurious four-poster bed.
