Set on the Scottish border between Roxburghshire & North Northumberland, Courtyard House is a beautifully restored wing of a large Edwardian farm house.

Offering comfortable accommodation for 6 people with 3 en-suite bedrooms, close to Kelso & Coldstream. Although courtyard house is attached to the farm house it is set away from the farm steading in large private tranquil gardens surrounded by trees and rhododendrons, creating the perfect location for your self catering holiday whether it be out and about exploring, relaxing, or on the go activity. Opened in August 2008, Courtyard house has been refurbished to create beautiful and comfortable holiday accommodation. The house has 3 twin bedrooms (2 of which can be made into super king beds), all the bedrooms are en-suite, 2 of which have baths with showers above, and the third bedroom has a large shower cubical.

Down stairs a spacious entrance hall with cloakroom leads to a comfortable living room with gas stove, dining room, and fully fitted kitchen. Upstairs to the three en-suite bedrooms. The house has been tastefully renovated to include modern features such as large baths and shower heads, whilst preserving many of the original features such as the fireplaces in the bedrooms and stonework.
