Our friendly run Victorian beachfront terraced townhouse boasts modern fresh decor with a contemporary twist, great facilities including free parking, free broadband Wi-Fi internet access and spectacular sea views along the Clyde coastline, Isle of Arran and beyond.
We are delighted to welcome guests of all ages and nationalities and we strive to offer you friendly but professional hospitality throughout your stay. Our central location, just seconds from the beach and 5 minutes walk into the town centre, gives easy access to the many great shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs the town has to offer.

The town of Ayr and surrounding area boasts a variety of attractions that shall definitely interest visitors of all ages.

Just 4.1 miles/6.1 Km from Glasgow Prestwick Airport and with excellent Road, Rail and Bus links we are in a perfect location for Business Travellers, Sports/Leisure Breaks, Peaceful Weekend Getaways or for those Touring the picturesque sights around Scotland.

Scotland's Premier Racecourse is just a 5 minute drive from the guest house, which hosts around 12 race meetings per year including the Scottish Grand National and the Ayr Gold Cup.

In our prime location we are within 40 minutes drive of any of Ayrshire's Top Golf courses including the World Class Royal Troon, Turnberry, Prestwick and Western Gailes.
