Craiglea bed & breakfast is a spacious, warm and friendly family home centrally located in the peaceful village renowned for its royal heritage. We are just a short stroll to the village centre.

Balmoral Castle, the Queens summer residence and major visitor attraction is just 7 miles away, the community owned Braemar castle 1 mile away you come to realise why Braemar is such a popular destination for people from around the world.

For walkers Braemar in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park has 24 mountains within the area over 3000 feet (munros) and 3 of which are over 4000 feet. We also have various local pituresque walks for all abilities from our doorstep.

We have the highest 18 hole golf course in Scotland surrounded by mountains of which the River Clunie runs through.

Ideally situated for walking, cycling, golf, fishing, shooting, skiing and sightseeing.
