The privately owned and managed Craigpark is a beautifully appointed Victorian Townhouse, situated in the Dennistoun Conservation Area, just one and a half miles from the city centre, and close to Glasgow Cathedral. It is only one minute from Junction 15 of the M8 Motorway.
Retaining many of its original features, the house offers warm, comfortable accommodation with all rooms offering a pleasant outlook over the well kept south facing gardens. It also provides a residents garden and ample private car parking.
Nearby is the vibrant Merchant City area, with its fantastic variety of cafes, bars, restaurants, and clubs. Here you will also find the famous Italian Centre and its collection of top designer shops.
The Craigpark lies in a quiet enclave but is only a few hundred yards from excellent bus and rail connections.
