Craigvar is a distinctive Grade B listed house and offers luxury accommodation and wonderful food. It was built in 1839 and has been offering hospitality more or less continuously ever since. Our aim is to give all of our guests a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable stay.
The house occupies a prominent site overlooking the picturesque Square in the unique and charming former Victorian Spa village of Strathpeffer.
All of our bedrooms are exceptionally well appointed and there are many personal touches to make you feel at home: a welcoming decanter of sherry, fresh fruit, bathrobes and a refreshment tray. There is free wireless internet access in all areas of the house. We have a large amount of genealogical and research material relating to Strathpeffer and the parish of Fodderty.
