Self catering cottage with shared garden and parking space in private courtyard. Fantastic location close to the Royal Mile and Palace of Holyroodhouse - ideal place to stay if you're visiting the Scottish Parliament, or researching your ancestors at the National Register for Scotland. On direct bus route from Edinburgh Airport (Lothian Bus No 35 - only £1.40 fare!), and within easy walking distance of Waverley Station.
Shared garden (see photograph) has lovely views over the rooftops of the Palace of Holyroodhouse and the Scottish Parliament, and towards Holyrood Park and Salisbury Crags. The garden also provides a (very steep) shortcut up to Regent Road, which leads to Waterloo Place and Princes Street.
