Crawfield Grange was originally built as a barn or steading and converted by the present owners in 1989. Set in stunning grounds with outstanding views to the sea, guests are welcome to wander round and enjoy the peaceful setting.

Stonehaven is a 5 minute drive away where a large selection of shops, restaurants and the picturesque harbour and old town area can be explored. For those wishing only for a quiet supper, The Lairhillock Inn is only a 3 minute drive away and is an old coaching inn offering comfortable and atmospheric surroundings whilst you enjoy the very good food and ale on offer.

There are many activities in the area as well as places of historic interest including the world famous Dunnottar castle. This truly is castle country and you will be spoiled for choice as to which ones to visit. If Malt Whisky is your passion, you will find plenty of distilleries to sample. Wildlife, golf, walking, swimming-in the outdoor pool-fishing and sailing are only a few of the activities available in the area. For those looking for a wider range of cultural experience, the city of Aberdeen is a 15 minute drive away and offers a large selection of restaurants, museums, theatres, parks etc. A selection of leaflets and information is available in your room.

Our rooms are beautifully appointed to a very high standard and offer many extras including digital TV's with DVD. All rooms have their own hairdryer, iron & ironing board, radio alarms, safe and of course hospitality trays. For your comfort, dressing gowns are also provided. Your bathroom/shower rooms are also to a high standard and newly refurbished.
