Inverkeithing is 4 miles away, with free parking and regular train services to the centre of Edinburgh (25 mins traveling), offering many historic places to visit, including Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, Holyrod Palace, Edinburgh Zoo and the Royal Yacht Britannia. Numerous golf courses are situated nearby and St. Andrews, the home of golf is only 33 miles away. Knockhill Motor Racing Circuit is only 8 miles away. Sailing Centre and horse riding at The Meadows, Lochore are nearby and offer a great day out for families, plus wonderful countryside for walking and cycling, all within easy reach. Nearby activities include waterskiing, clay pigeon shooting, fly fishing, quad bike and hovercraft hire. A large cinema and ten-pin bowling are less than 2 miles away. Close by are the award winning beaches of Silver Sands at Aberdour and Burntisland. Being situated a mile from the motorway allows easy access to Perth and the Highlands. A large park with a playground is situated at the end of the cul de sac. Windmill Knowe is a three bed semi sleeping 5, one double bedroom, one twin and one single bedroom. Clean bedding provided with TVs in master and second bedroom. All rooms are newly equipped and offer ample storage. A travel cot is available. The relaxing lounge has TV with Freesat, DVD, HiFi and video player. There are a selection of DVDs and videos to watch plus games to keep the children entertained. A gas fire in the lounge and heating throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, table and chairs. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. Ample parking for up to three cars + garden, front and rear.
