Both accommodations enjoy southerly views over their respective gardens, and are within five minutes walk of the shops, restaurants and bars. Access is from off-street, private parking within the grounds.
Garden Cottage:
Accommodation comprises one twin bedded and one double bedded room, bathroom, separate shower room, living/dining room and galley kitchen. Access from the twin room to the living room is through the double room.
The Cottage is all electric with storage and panel heating, and is cosy and economical. It is well appointed, recently redecorated and upgraded. It has it's own private cottage garden, with small lawns with garden lounge and dining furniture, and privacy to enjoy the flowers and wildlife which abound.
Courtyard Studio:
Thus accommodation is situated on the ground floor of Dail na Coille House, with its own entrance from the rear courtyard. It comprises a large living/dining room, with pull-down double bed, and enjoys superb views over the garden to the hills beyond. It has a galley kitchen and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. Ideal DOUBLE or SINGLE accommodation.
The Studio is centrally heated, and has an additional electric fire, and costs are included in the studio tariff. The courtyard has comfortable garden lounge and dining furniture, end enjoys early morning and late afternoon/evening sun.
Sky TV, DVD, and free WiFi facilities have recently been added to both the Cottage and the Studio
Pitlochry is strategically located for touring, walking, golfing or fishing in this beautiful Highland Perthshire area - and Inverness, St. Andrews, Edinburgh and Glasgow are only around 90 minutes drive away!
