    The upper apartment has two double bedrooms (one en-suite), one twin bedroom. Enjoy the spacious and beautifully appointed sitting room with double sofas (one being a sofa bed), with satellite TV, ipod docking station, and DVD player. The villa has a lovely dining area with french doors leading out to a balcony offering picturesque sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern facilites you require including a utility/boot room.

    On the frontside of the house there is a lovely garden setting with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ. An idyllic place to enjoy those sunny afternoons.

    The apartments are available separately or together, it’s the ideal base for two families holidaying together or a larger group of friends. The upstairs apartment mirrors the downstairs apartment in every way with the added benefit of an outside balcony.

    Dalcamond House is located on the shore road in the pretty village of Innellan, with Dunoon just a few miles up the coast. It overlooks the Clyde, offering breathtaking uninterrupted views. It’s the perfect place for your self-catering holiday in Argyll at any time of the year.

    Only an hour from Glasgow International Airport including a 20 minute ferry ride or travel along the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond and Loch Fyne to reach us in 90 minutes. Here is an ideal base for touring Argyll from Oban and the Islands to the Mull of Kintyre. There is a fantastic range of outdoor leisure activities including sailing, fishing, windsurfing, fast speed RIB boat tours, quad bikes, clay shooting and much more. Enjoy the stunning scenery while cycling into the forests and hills and walking the Cowal Way. Stroll along the shore to the local village shop/post office, pub, hotel and restaurant and in the village there is also horse riding and a golf course, one of many in the area. A 4 mile journey takes you to Dunoon, which has a good selection of shops and restaurants, a cinema and swimming pool with flume.

    Road Directions

    Follow the M8 from Glasgow to Gourock where you can catch the Western Ferries Ferry to Dunoon. You can also drive via the A82, a very picturesque route past Loch Lomond and through the Argyll countryside. See the AA web site for a route planner.

     

    Public Transport Directions

    You can travel by Citylink Bus or by train from Glasgow to the ferry terminals at Gourock. Calmac and Western Ferries both serve the Dunoon area and both ferry operators have passenger facilities.
