The cottage sits on the edge of the village of Strathmiglo with an open outlook. The Fife cycling route passes the front door and there are many walking paths close by.
Dale Cottage is fully equipped for four guests and the accommodation, all on one level, is beautifully presented with all rooms leading off a spacious hallway.
The Living Room is light and airy with a large picture window looking onto a secluded garden, has a satellite LCD TV, DVD player, radio and CD player. Internet access via a wireless broadband connection is also available.
The recently fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an electric induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and combination microwave, and leads to a utility area housing a fridge, freezer and washing machine.
The modern shower room has a large walk-in shower, toilet and vanity basin.
There are two bedrooms, one double with individual oak furniture, and one twin with a large walk-in wardrobe.
A courtyard garden to the front of the cottage and a secluded walled garden to the rear completes the picture.
The cottage is fully double glazed and benefits from gas central heating with radiators in all rooms.
Off street parking is available in the front courtyard with additional parking on the lane in front of the cottage.
A welcome tray is provided.
Whether you are a cyclist, a walker, or a golfer the area has much to offer. Strathmiglo is only 2 miles from the historic burgh of Falkland with its cobbled streets, picturesque houses and Royal Palace which is open to the public through the National Trust for Scotland.
