We look forward to giving you A Highland Perthshire Welcome at Dall
These Perthshire self catering holiday properties are set in a secluded woodland position in the private grounds of Dall Estate which is located on the southern shores of Loch Rannoch approximately 5 miles west of the small village of Kinloch Rannoch in the heart of Highland Perthshire. Dall Estate, Perthshire, dates back to 1347 and was the principle seat of the Robertson Clan until earlier this Century. The prominent feature being the romantically styled Scots Baronial mansion house designed by the architect Thomas Mackenzie. The Estate enjoys one of the most picturesque locations in Scotland with stunning views towards Loch Rannoch and the Grampian Mountains beyond. Adjoining the Estate are the Black Woods of Rannoch, one of the largest remaining remnants of the ancient Caledonian pine forests that once covered much of the Highlands and hosts an array of wildlife and birds (red squirrel, pine martens, capercaillie, osprey, golden eagle to name but a few). Herds of wild deer that roam the forests come down to the Estate to graze at dawn and dusk. A paradise for birdwatchers and wildlife enthusiasts.
Dall Estate is the perfect place to relax and unwind. For those who enjoy recreational pursuits there are forest walks, hill walking, climbing in the surrounding mountains, fishing and boating on the Loch, tennis, cycling, cross country skiing in winter and within easy travelling distance of nearby ski resorts.
The accommodation is spacious and all newly and tastefully furnished to a very high standard and well equipped to sleep up to 10 persons in comfort. All properties are centrally heated and have log fires for winter coziness.
Christmas and New Years rates are available on application.
Discounts for couples and short breaks.
