Dawn Cottage

Overview

It is situated in a quiet residential area with lovely south-westerly views over Pitlochry to the hills beyond, and when the weather is fine it enjoys sunshine most of the day. It has an ideal location - just a 5 minute walk takes you down to the town centre with all its shops and restaurants. The cottage is available for letting between April and October and sleeps up to 6 people with one ensuite double bedroom (king size) downstairs, and one double and one twin at first floor level, sharing a shower room.

The breakfasting kitchen, with adjoining utility room is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

As well as a cosy lounge with coal effect gas fire, there is also a sunny living/dining room with French-windows opening out onto the front patio area. It has a small established garden and there is a rear elevated patio area next to the summer house with patio table and chairs availbale for alfresco dining.

The cottage has central heating throughout, and bed linen and towels are provided at no extra charge.

The cottage is strictly non-smoking and, although we love them dearly, we do not accommodate pets.

The popular Victorian town of Pitlochry is an ideal base from which to explore beautiful Perthshire and all that it has to offer - many lovely walks, fishing, a good selection of golf courses, hill walking, Scottish castles, Pitlochry Festival Theatre, many tourist attractions and great shopping too.
