The property's light and airy breakfast room is in the newly completed conservatory and decorated with a contemporary feel.
Each of the three comfortable bedrooms offer breathtaking views over the Dee estuary and have modern en suites with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and fluffy bath towels. The luxurious super king-size beds guarantee a good night's sleep. In addition, tea and coffee facilities, delicious homemade biscuits and a colour TV with integral DVD player, also small fridges are provided as standard in each room.
Start your day with a delicious home cooked breakfast of your choice. Enjoy a full Scottish breakfast with all the trimmings or a lighter option if you prefer; also fish is available; please let us know the evening before. Where possible, all meals are made with tasty locally sourced produce and most dietary requirements can be catered for, if requested in advance.
The property also offers off-street parking, secure storage facilities for sports equipment, Wi-Fi internet access, a computer for guests' use, a DVD library and other home comforts which will make your stay a great one.
If you are interested in art, Kirkcudbright is known as the Artists' Town and has several galleries to browse around as well as hosting exhibitions in the Town Hall and Tolbooth Gallery. Dee-View is only a short 10 minute walk from the town centre and nearby harbour, and is a ideal base for golfers, cyclists, walkers and anglers who want to make the most of all this beautiful corner of Scotland has to offer.
