Deeside B&B is the perfect choice if you are planning a family holiday as the friendly and knowledgeable staff will make you instantly feel at home. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated to a high standard; choose from either a double en suite with an adjoining living area or a twin/double room with an en suite shower. For breakfast, enjoy a light bite of fruit, cereal and toast or a fully cooked Scottish breakfast with all the trimmings. For other meal options, it's only a short walk to local amenities and a choice of restaurants.The B&B is located in the quiet Galloway village of Crossmichael, 3 miles north of Castle Douglas and overlooking beautiful Loch Ken. The Solway Coast, a favourite with birdwatchers, is just a short drive away and nearby there are also many country villages such as Castle Douglas - Scotland's Food Town - and Kirkcudbright which is known as the Artists' Town because of its long connection with many well-known artists and craftsmen who have lived and worked there.
