The Dene Guest House is a charming Georgian townhouse with a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
Situated in the famous "New Town" area of Edinburgh's city centre, just half a mile north of Princes Street, the location gives an ideal base from which to explore and experience on foot, all that Scotland's capital has to offer. Flexible accommodation is available to suit most requirements, with five of the rooms offering en-suite facilities. All rooms have flat screen television, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and radio/alarm clocks. The dining room where you are always welcome to relax, has free WI FI access.
