• Breakfast Available - Breakfast is served between 06:45 and 09:00 in our dining room overlooking Turriff
• Bring Your Own Bottle - Our guests are welcome to bring their own bottles of wine to drink either in their room or with our superb home made soups.
• Eating Out Facilities within 2 miles - Turriff has a choice of Restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Alternatively bring back a Take-Away to eat in our Dining Room.
• Evening Meal Available - We offer delicious home made soup and sandwiches to be pre-booked at breakfast
• Shop within 2 Miles / Mobile Shop - Tesco, the Co-op and many local shops within a 10 minute walk.
• Tea & Coffee Available - Hospitality Trays in every room
• Vegetarian - Vegetariam breakfast available on request

• Children Welcome - Children are welcome and we can add an extra bed in rooms one and two to cater for this.

• Outdoor Play Area - Deveron Lodge sits in its own grounds of about 1 acre, laid mainly to grass.

• Electric Shaver Point - All en-suites shower rooms have shaver points built into the over mirror lights
• Fridge - There is a small under counter fridge in our entrance lobby. A larger fridge is available in our kitchen on request.
• Hairdryer Available - Hairdryers in every room.
• Heating Throughout Property - Deveron Lodge is centrally heated with radiators in each room and each en-suite.
• Iron Available - An iron & ironing board are available on request.
• Ironing Facilities - An iron and ironing board are available on request
• Laundry Service Available - We are happy to offer laundry services with the cost depending on the amount.
• Linen Provided - All bed linen is obviously provided.

• Towels Provided - All rooms have freshly laundered towels.
• WC EnSuite - All rooms have en-suite walk in shower rooms with WC and basins.

• Disabled Access - All guest rooms are on the ground floor with room one category 1 disabled.
• Fax/Email Facilities - We have a fax machine available and also offer guests without laptops the use of our e-mail facilities.
• Internet Access - Hi speed WiFi available free in every room. Guests provided with wireless key on arrival.
• No Smoking Permitted
• Picnic Area - There is plenty of space in our tiered garden for picnics.
• Smoking Restricted - Deveron Lodge is a non smoking building. Smokers are welcome to use our outside pavilion.

• Garden - Our garden runs to about 1 acre and guests are welcome to use it.

• Rural Location - Deveron Lodge is in a semi-rural position, detached and about 10 minutes walk from the town of Turriff.

Special Requirements

• Business Travellers - We welcome guests here on business with early breakfast available and of course internet access free of charge.
• Children Welcome - Children are welcome and it is possible to share rooms one and two where additional beds are available.
• Disabled Citizens - Our room one is fully equipped for the disabled and classed as category one.
• Families - We can offer rooms one and two as family rooms with sleeping for three in each room.
• No Pets Allowed - We used to accept dogs but unfortunately the last dog that stayed here soiled the bed linen and we therefore no longer accept pets.
• Non smokers - Deveron Lodge is a non smoking premises. Smokers can puff away outside if they wish. Cigarette ends in the ashtray outside please.
• Senior Citizens
• Single Travellers - Single travellers are made very welcome. Deveron Lodge is ideally situated and set up for single travellers with satelite TV and WiFi available.

• Bike Storage Available - We can easily store cycles in one of our lockable sheds.
• Disabled Parking - All our parking is suitable for the disabled as all rooms are on the ground floor.
• Free Parking On-Site - We have our own private car park.
• On Public Transport Route - The local bus service can be caught at the bottom of our road, approximately 300 yards away.
