Dimpleknowe Mill sleeps 6 with three ensuite bedrooms and offers very comfortable accommodation. Whilst Dimpleknowe Cottage is a well equipped bungalow both properties are finished to the highest standards offering ground floor en-suite facilities, The Mill with spacious category 2 wheel chair assistance, both offer enclosed grounds and glorious panoramic views over the beautiful Ale Valley.

Tesco and Asda supermarkets deliver to Dimpleknowe for all your shopping needs and will take your orders online in advance of your arrival.
The estate also offers its own informal friendly 11-hole golf course, interesting walks are around the golf course and nearby and there is plenty of opportunity for fishing, The River Tweed is also only a short distance away, Great walking, horse riding and cycling routes in the area. Country gardens and Historic Houses and Castles to visit.
Both properties make an ideal touring base, and our location means that the Border towns, such as Melrose, Selkirk, Hawick and Jedburgh are just a short distance drive. Edinburgh is also an easy 1 hour (approx) drive away and can be reached via public transport easily from nearby Ashkirk on the A7.
The nearby villages of Lilliesleaf and Ashkirk both have pubs and coffe shop which serve good food. Also Ashkirk is a home to the highly regarded Woll Golf Course.
Unfortunately Dimpleknow Mill is unsuitable for children under the age of 8. Pets welcome in Dimpleknowe Cottage only, please contact provider.
