The spacious, modern dining-kitchen is well-equipped, with hob and oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and a full range of kitchen equipment. The dining area can seat four people and features a multi-fuel stove set in the original stone fireplace.

Upstairs, there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and the bathroom. Both bedrooms are bright and pleasant, carpeted, with drawers and hanging space. Outside there is a private, enclosed garden with seating, a hammock and barbecue.

Coldingham village has a number of shops and amenities within walking distance including a food store, butcher, two pubs serving food, and a garage.

At Douglas Cottage you will be staying in a stunning coastal landscape of rolling hills, beaches and cliffs. Coldingham Bay, one of Scotland's elite Blue Flag beaches, is close at hand and the spectacular cliffs at St Abb's Head, a National Nature Reserve, are just minutes away.
