Duchally Country Estate is set in twenty- seven acres of parklands and is surrounded by some of the most spectacular and picturesque landscapes of Perthshire. Located in the heart of Scotland, the mountains, glens, lochs, and rivers create dramatic and breathtaking views, all easily accessible to our guests.

Duchally Country Estate, whilst secluded, is conveniently located just one mile from the A9 making it easy to access from all directions. Edinburgh and Glasgow are both within an hours drive (either to the cities or airports) , and Perth is just fifteen minutes away. Gleneagles railway station is a short drive from the estate and we can arrange transport for you.
