Our cottage provides 3 bedrooms, all with en suites, within the 27 acre grounds of a traditional Scottish Country Hotel, 3 miles from Auchterarder and within walking distance of the famous Gleneagles Golf Course. Duchally Lodge is aimed at those who enjoy only the best accommodation, with every comfort looked after. Our guests can use the hotel's leisure centre with large indoor pool, sauna, spa and a/c gym; and also the hotel's award winning restaurant and comfortable bar, where local folk singers and story tells provide evening entertainment.
Duchally Lodge overlooks a wooded brook, where deer drink and red squirrels feed in the trees. Imagine sitting on the terrace with family and friends, overlooking this and rolling hills, watching the wildlife and listening to the tinkling water, before wandering to the restaurant, bar or pool for the more active!
Duchally Lodge lies in the centre of Scotland, in beautiful Perthshire, 1 hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow or the stunning Highlands. Ideal for golfers too, only a few minutes from Gleneagles, and about 45 minutes from St Andrews.

Duchally Lodge in Auchterarder, on the doorstep of Gleneagles and its world famous golf course, is a stunningly luxurious lodge, in the grounds of Duchally Country Estate, one of Perthshire's most comfortable independent hotels. It offers sumptuous and cosy self-catering accommodation for 6 - 8, in three bedrooms (plus sofa bed for 2 extra guests), and benefits from full use of the hotels leisure and dining facilities during your stay.
Duchally Lodge offers the perfect central location for golf, wildlife, walking or cultural holidays, convenient for Gleneagles and St Andrews golf courses; the Highlands, Glasgow and Edinburgh. Its setting is beautiful, amongst the mountains, rivers, lochs and farmland of the area, with it's abundant wildlife, including many wild deer and birds of prey.
Accommodation: The architect designed Lodge is new, and benefits from all modern amenities. It is fully centrally heated, spacious and luxuriously appointed.
3 Bedrooms, all ensuite:
The comfortable main upstairs bedroom (king size bed, TV, double wardrobe, radio alarm clock, safe) has a spacious and luxurious ensuite tiled bathroom with deep bath and separate shower cubicle and heated towel rail. It has wonderful views of woodlands and fields.
The 2nd main upstairs bedroom (king size bed, radio alarm clock, double wardrobe) also has its own ensuite bathroom, with shower over the bath and heated towel rail.
The 3rd bedroom (2 singles) is downstairs, which may be useful for people with limited mobility. It has its own ensuite bathroom, with deep bath and shower over, heated towel rail, dressing table and double wardrobe. It has views wonderful views to woodland.
The Living Areas:
The warm spacious lounge area includes a comfortable 3 seater (double) sofa bed, a 2 seater sofa and easy chairs. It provides a 28" wide screen TV with surround sound, DVD, games table and coffee table. It has large glazed windows, one overlooking the woodland.
The stylish Dining area includes a table which easily seats up to 8, a side table and everything you would expect in a cosy cottage. It has wooden flooring throughout.
The high specification kitchen, with granite work surfaces, includes place settings for 10, all utensils, built-in microwave, clothes washer/drier, fridge/freezer, dish washer; coffee maker, iron & board.
There is a downstairs storage cupboard, handy for golf clubs!
The outside terrace, with its beautiful views, provides for al fresco dining and drinks, and includes a table and chairs. It is directly by the stream and the woodland, with no houses to block the wonderful views.
The cottage has one of the best positions at the resort, being close to the leisure centre and on the outside edge overlooking fields and affording privacy. A few paces bring you to the duckpond, waterfall and stream.
All the luxuriously soft and comfortable linen and towels are provided.
