Ducks at Kilspindie, Aberlady
Relaxed and friendly family run 'restaurant with rooms' offering two separate dining experiences; from two AA Rosette fine dining to excellent bar bistro food with twenty three extremely comfortable en-suite rooms. All have TVs, tea/coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi. With great food all prepared on the premises from local fresh produce; we are a little like an Inn.
Our bar is cosy and inviting and serves a wide range of wine, ales and whiskeys. Throughout the hotel there are three al fresco dining areas, all of which contribute to the unique ambience of Ducks at Kilspindie.
A short hop from Edinburgh City Centre (half an hour by car, 18 minutes by train) Ducks at Kilspindie House is nestled in the picturesque village of Aberlady, a great base for you when exploring East Lothian.
Duck's at Kilspindie House is surrounded by 21 golf courses, including the famous Muirfield and 5 Open Qualifying Courses (all within 15 minutes of the hotel). We welcome all enquires and are happy to make your trip a little less stressful by making your golf and transport booking for you.
Aberlady also has a fantastic bird life and in recognition of that, Duck's has teamed up with the Scottish Ornithological Centre (SOC) and can offer you all inclusive bird watching packages. Packages include dinner, bed and breakfast; guided walks and lectures by the SOC.
Our coastal location also makes us the perfect accommodation for Golfers, Bird Watchers and Walkers who love food.
