    Owner-maintained with central heating throughout, this Scottish Tourist Board (STB) 4 star bungalow, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, sleeps 4 and has its own small front & rear garden with garden furniture. There is adjacent parking for one or two cars in the cul-de-sac. Gas & electricity is included in the rent.
    The accommodation is owner maintained, all on one level, non-smoking and comprises: - Hallway to lounge with 32" Flat screen T.V./Video Recorder, DVD Player, C.D./Radio/Cassette Player, three piece suit, central fire place and large picture window with pleasant outlook; Luxury, fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, fridge, auto-washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc. (tea towels provided); There is a separate freezer; Double bedroom with 23" flat screen T.V. and twin bedroom (all duvets & linen provided); Fully tiled bathroom with bath, shower, W.C., wash-hand basin & electric shaving point. (all bath and hand towels provided).
    A large travel cot and high chair provided on request plus indoor & outdoor drying facilities (Tumble drier included).
    Gas central heating throughout ensures this modern bungalow is warm & cosy. All fittings/furnishings fully comply with the latest fire safety regulations and the bungalow comes equipped with a fire extinguisher and smoke detectors.

    The front garden gets the sun in the morning while the small rear garden, with garden furniture, is a real suntrap in the afternoon. Bicycle/ski /golf equipment storage is provided and, in addition to the STB 4 star award, the bungalow has both the STB Walkers Welcome and the Cyclists Welcome awards.
    For those who enjoy walking, the bungalow is within walking distance of shops and other amenities including the railway station. It makes an ideal base for touring, walking, golfing and fishing, or just enjoying the leisure facilities including the Pitlochry Festival Theatre, the Salmon Ladder at Pitlochry Hydro Dam and the local Whisky Distilleries.
    Bookings are accepted in units of a complete week, or multiples of complete weeks - from Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks and weekends are more likely to be considered off-season, or at short notice.

    From the nearest information centre:- From Pitlochry Tourist Information Centre. Travel north on Atholl Road and just past Fishers Hotel on the left, take a right turn onto West Moulin Road. Proceed up the hill and take the third roadon the left opposite the Craigvrack Hotel. This third road is Robertson Crescent.

    Getting there by aeroplane:- From either Edinburgh or Glasgow Airport. Follow road signs indicating Inverness via Perth. From Perth proceed approximately 25 miles northward on the main A9 route to Pitlochry.
