Dunstane City comprises of 18 opulent bedrooms located in a Classic Grade ll listed propertie built c. 1852 for a wealthy Edinburgh merchant. A mix of Victorian splendour, original cornicing and traditional fireplaces makes the Dunstane no ordinary hotel. Rich fabrics, high spec bathrooms, power showers, hand designed carpets and luxurious Molton Brown toiletries, ensures your experience at Dunstane is going to be special. You won’t be disappointed.

An ideal location! The city centre on one side and Murrayfield Stadium on the other, Dunstane Hotels are at the heart of Edinburgh life. There is free, private car parking available at both properties, a rarity for Edinburgh City centre and you can leave your car here while you explore the City’s most fashionable streets for shopping and dining. If you are not driving, the frequent Airlink service to Edinburgh Airport stops right outside our door and Haymarket Rail Station is only a couple of minutes away.

You will find our award wining Skerries Restaurant & Bar at Dunstane House Hotel which is just across the road from the Dunstane City. Inspired by the owners’ Orcadian heritage you will find Blue Shell Shetland Mussels, a trio of Isle of Arran Salmons and selected prime cuts of Orkney beef. Our home made desserts are a treat not to be missed.
You can choose from an extensive wine list or a selection of Ales from Scotland’s Micro brewers, so you can enjoy a real Scottish beer. We have over 70 malt whiskies from all over Scotland and the recent addition of our Gin & Tonic bar ensures there is something for everyone at Dunstane.
