Dunstane Hotels comprises 38 opulent bedrooms over two Classic Grade 11 listed properties built c.1852 for a wealthy Edinburgh merchant. A mix of Victorian splendour, original cornicing and traditional fireplaces makes the Dunstaen House no ordinary hotel. Rich fabrics, high spec bathrooms, power showers, hand designed carpets and luxurious Molton Brown toiletries ensures your experience at Dunstane is going to be special. You won't be dissapointed.
And of course, in Scotland, the home of real hospitality, ou breakfast offers you a wide choice of locally sourced Scottish produce such as Loch Fyne kippers, Shetland smoked salmon or our fantastic full Scottish breakfast with local haggis and black pudding and free range eggs among other items. An ideal location! The city centre on one side and Murrayfeld stadium on the other, Dunstane Hotels are at the heart of Edinburgh life. Edinburgh Castle, Palace of Holyrood, museums, galleries and theatres are all easily accessible as are the business districts. There is free, private car parking available at both properties - a rarity for Edinburgh city centre - and you can leave your car here while you explore the city's most fashionable streets for shopping and dining. If you are not driving, the frequesnt Airlink service to and from Edinburgh airport stops right outside the hotel and Haymarket Rail Station is only a couple of minutes away.

You will find our award winning Skerries Restaurant & Bar at the Dunstane House. Inspired by the owners' Orcadian heritage you will find Blue Shell Shetland Mussels, a trio of Isle of Arran Salmons and selected prime cuts of Orkney beef. Our home made desserts are a treat not to be missed.
You can choose from an extensive wine list or a selection of Ales from Scotland's Micro brewers, so you can enjoy a real Scottish beer. We have over 70 malt whiskies from all over Scotland and the recent addiotion of out Gin and Tnic bar ensures there is something for everyone at the Dunstane House.
