The cottage is an ideal starting point for several spectacular walks in the surrounding hills or along the banks of the River Annan. For the serious walker, more challenging routes over the Moffat Hills can be undertaken. The property is also extremely well located for a variety of activities as there is golfing nearby at the impressive 18-hole Moffat Golf Club as well as fishing, tennis, bowling and a number of cycling routes, from quiet scenic paths through the Annan water valley to off-road adventures in the magnificent Forest of Ae.
