Edenmouth Farm Holiday Cottages

Overview

Unique, quality cottages converted from a traditional Scottish Borders farm steading with magnificent views across the Tweed valley.
A warm welcome awaits you at Edenmouth, our cottages offer you home from home comfort, all are on ground level with 'no' steps , all are fully centrally heated and all bedrooms have ensuites.
The spacious LODGE can sleep up to 8 and the DOVECOTE is an ideal cottage for couples as it has a twin bedded room which can be converted to a king sized double . Both cottages open onto a large lawn and have great southerly views towards the Cheviot Hills.
The COURTYARD is a cosy two bedroomed cottage with walk in shower rooms, it has an enclosed garden.
There is plenty of parking outside each cottage.
Edenmouth is set in 20 acres of farmland so is ideal for families and couples wanting a relaxing break as well as golfers, cyclists and walkers. Its proximity to the River Tweed makes it an ideal base for fishermen and our abundant wildlife is a joy for naturists and birdwatchers. At certain times of the year Osprey can be seen fishing the Tweed. We have a lock up store and outdoor cleaning facilities for equipment as well as a drying room.

Edenmouth is situated just 3 miles from the beautiful town of Kelso which is steeped in history, not least the magnificent Floors Castle, home to the Duke and Duchess of Roxburgh. Kelso offers great independent shopping and dining to suit all tastes. It is an easy drive to Edinburgh or to explore the Borders and Berwick upon Tweed and the Northumberland coast.

The Scottish Borders is an 'all year' destination and our cottages are equipped to take account of all the seasons. There are many places of interest to visit and stunning walks from the farm and nearby. We have an array of books, maps, and local information and are happy to help in any way we can to help make your stay a memorable one.

Edenmouths flexible accommodation is ideal for groups or clubs, we can sleep up to 18 people.
Your pet is welcome to come to stay with you at Edenmouth but not in all cottages so please check first.
