Centrally located and recently refurbished to high standards, The Edinburgh Regency Guest House is a modern yet traditional guesthouse in Edinburgh. The Edinburgh Regency Guest House is located in a highly desirable area of Merchiston with added attraction of the Union Canal at the rear of the guesthouse and is only 1.5 miles (2.6km) to the Edinburgh City Centre and the Edinburgh Castle.
There is an excellent bus service which operates from outside the Guesthouse and the journey takes only 10 minutes to travel into the City Centre. The buses travel to most of the tourist attraction also. The guesthouse is a walking distance of 25 minutes to the fashionable Princes Street (city centre) Shopping Mall.
The Edinburgh Regency Guesthouse is also ideally situated for The International Conference Centre, Craiglockhart Sports Centre, Napier Unversity and The Edinburgh University. The Guest House is close to Brunstfield, Marchmont and Morningside to the West, to the east is Tollcross, south is Polworth and Merchiston with Fountainbridge and the Haymarket to the North.

The Guest House is close to Brunstfield, Marchmont and Morningside to the West and Fountainbridge and the Haymarket to the North. Napier University and the Craig Lockhart Sport Centre, with its Annual Tennis Tournament is also very close by.
