Square One apartment is a self-contained flat on the second floor of a modern apartment block. There is a lift for easy access and also free parking available in front of the building. Wi-Fi is available at no extra charge (see below).
Several frequent bus services go along nearby Dalry Road to Princes Street and up to the Royal Mile. It is only 5 minutes' walk from a supermarket, cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, post office and local swimming pool. Not far from the flat are cinemas, art galleries, a city-farm and the Water of Leith Walkway which provides a peaceful contrast to the city centre.
Rentals can begin and end any day of the week. Minimum let is 1 night, except at peak times (e.g. Christmas and New Year) when the minimum let is usually 3 nights or 1 week.

4 STAR ACCOMMODATION
The apartment is on the second floor with a shared entrance hall and lift. There is gas central heating with radiators in all rooms. Wi-Fi internet access is provided.
Living Room: 2 sofas, TV/DVD + Freeview channels, CD/cassette player, extending dining table and chairs, Pay-phone (can be used with a credit/debit card or Post Office phone card).
Kitchen: Open-plan off living room, gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, iron and ironing board.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, TV/DVD + Freeview channels, clock radio.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets.
Bathroom: Shower over bath, toilet, basin and shaver socket.
Parking: Available in front of the building (we provide the necessary permit).
Baby's travel cot and bedding available on request. Highchair or Booster Seat can also be provided.
LINEN AND CLEANING
Towels and bed-linen provided. If staying longer than 2 weeks we can arrange to change the linen and clean the flat once every two weeks, at a time that is suitable to you.
Pets allowed by arrangement only.

WI-FI INTERNET ACCESS
Laptops and netbooks need to be wi-fi enabled. The network code is provided on arrival.
This service is free for "reasonable use". The weekly download allowance for day and evening use (from 08:00h - 00:00h) is approximately 15GB, so this would be considered reasonable usage. Overnight usage (from midnight to 08:00h) is umlimited.

when booking OVER 1 MONTH before your arrival date: a deposit of 30% will secure your booking. The remaining balance will be due 1 month before arrival.
When booking LESS THAN 1 MONTH before your arrival date: the full amount will be due on booking.
