This stylish and contemporary one bedroomed / studio apartment is located on the first floor (only up one flight of steps) within a quiet and secure Close in the very centre of Edinburgh. A king sized bed helps ensure a good night's sleep and the bright, spacious bathroom has both bath and shower facilities. With the abundance of superb dining opportunities available on your doorstep, most guests will probably wish to dine out most of the time. However, the kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher and washing machine) should you wish a quiet night in.  The dining area has a table and seating for four. Situated in the historic heart of Edinburgh's Old Town, with its beautiful ancient buildings and cobbled streets, all of Edinburgh's main attractions, including theatres, museums, galleries, shops, cafes, restaurants and scenic hotspots are easily accessible as are all main transport links. 

Just around the corner is the famous Greyfriars Kirk and Kirkyard (with the statue of Greyfriar's Bobby outside!) and of course not forgetting Edinburgh Castle and The Royal Mile. The apartment really is right in the heart of Edinbugh and everything that's going on. If you're feeling energetic there's Holyrood Park with Arthur's Seat to walk up for some stunning panoramic views of the city, the surrounding countryside and the Firth of Forth. In Holyrood Park is the Palace of Holyroodhouse, where many Scottish Kings and Queens lived and which is now open to the public.

Within an easy 10-15 minute walk is Princes Street; Edinburgh's main shopping street. From near here you can explore the national galleries and also take a walk up Calton Hill for some more amazing views of Edinburgh. The Playhouse Theatre is nearby as well as St Andrews Bus Station and Waverley Train Station.
