Welcome to Ellesmere House.
Welcome to Ellesmere House.
Ellesmere House is a boutique Bed and Breakfast situated in the beautiful surroundings of Bruntsfield Golf Course and the Meadows. We are conveniently situated for easy access to the major Edinburgh attractions - Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile, Princes Street, Princes Street Gardens - all within easy walking distance. We are also served by excellent bus links into the city centre, for those who prefer not to walk too much.
Right on our door step you will find excellent bars and restaurants, including Bennett's Bar, Hendricks and The Apartment restaurant - all at the end of the road.
Rooms are equipped with en-suite shower room, hair-dryer, Tea and coffee making facilities as well as a T.V. with freeview channels. We have taken a great deal of pride in decorating the rooms to a very high standard; each having their own personality.
Breakfast is served in a large, bright dining room. Choose from a menu consisting of the traditional 'Full Scottish breakfast' (with or without the Haggis!) and a choice of cereals, breads, fruit and yoghurt.
