A stone's throw from a small but glorious beach, this attractive detached house boasts its own secluded garden overlooking the Urr of Estuary.
Admire the delightful waterside views of the Urr Estuary at Kippford and if you fancy being captain for a day, you can set sail down the estuary from the village itself. The picturesque village of Rockliffe is close by and ideal for a walk to take in the beautiful scenery. Mabie and Dalbeattie forests with their world-class 7stanes mountain biking centres are also just a short drive away. If you are visiting the area on a golfing holiday, the region is well-known for its magnificent courses including nearby championship links course, Southerness.
