Isla Lodge

Our family run lodges enjoy a secluded woodland setting along with the convenience of fantastic shops, restaurants and pubs only a 10 min walk away. Call Kay 0125087 4686 or visit www.ericht.co.uk to check avaialbility and book online.

Blessed with a secluded setting yet only a 10 minute walk to Blairgowrie town centre, Ericht Holiday Lodges gives the best of both worlds. Set in a wooded valley above the banks of the River Ericht, enjoy the peace and tranquility, yet if you fancy a beautiful meal or just a pint of milk, it's all just a short walk away.

You will be sure of a warm welcome from the McClement family who live on site and are available to help with any aspect of your visit to Blairgowrie, hopefully making it a holiday to remember.

The Lodges are built to a high standard and have full gas central heating, this makes them excellent all year round accommodation, sleeping up to 6 people. All Lodges have 2 bedrooms and an open plan living/kitchen/dining area with bed settee in the lounge. Each Lodge has a veranda with outdoor furniture where you can sit and relax and listen to the Ericht tumble down to the town. There is also parking by each Lodge.

We have a small play park for younger children and plenty of space to run around. We have a full size cot and high chair which can be used free of charge - just ask at time of booking.

Blairgowrie and its sister town Rattray share a fantastic riverside setting. The River Ericht is a major tributary of the Tay and is considered to have outstanding salmon fishing. Blairgowrie has a swimming and leisure centre, excellent local shops, lovely restaurants, 2 supermarkets and garages.

We are ideally situated for golfing, fishing, walking, touring and of course relaxing. There are 4 golf courses within 10 minutes and at least 30 courses within 35 miles. Blairgowrie boasts the starting point of the Cateran Trail, a circular long distance marked walk which will take you through some of Perthshire's finest scenery.

Our East Perthshire location also gives us the ideal base not only for exploring Perthshire but also our close neighbours in Angus, Deeside and Fife. The beautiful Angus Glens, Glamis Castle, Balmoral and St. Andrews are all just a short drive across the border!
