Overview

We are just 2 minutes walk from Inverness city centre and we will do all we can to ensure that you enjoy your holiday and look forward to meeting you. Inverness is the capital of the Highlands and therefore the gateway for exploring many attractions on offer throughout the Highland area. Loch Ness, Cairngorm Mountain, Culloden Battlefield, Dunrobin Castle, Fort George, Urquhart Castle to name a few. As Scotland's newest city, wherever you're travelling while visiting the highlands, the chances are you will visit Inverness at some point on your journey, whether by car, boat, bus, plane or train!

You could even do a tour of the area over a few days by having your base here and taking several different journeys each day eg. Inverness to Fort William by train in the morning, Fort William to Mallaig by Bus, Mallaig to Skye by boat and then back to Inverness from Skye by car in time for late supper!

We have a separate lounge and dining room for our guests and offer a full cooked Scottish or Continental Breakfast. Our dining room has a separate table for the occupants of each of our five bedrooms. We can accept all major creditcards and offer free Wi-fi and secure off-road parking.

Our Scottish breakfast is a cooked breakfast which contains an assortment of traditional Scottish foods.

Alternatively we offer a continental breakfast of fruit juice; choice of cereals; cheese; yogurts; fresh fruit; croissants and oatcakes.
