A group of cottages converted from an old farm steading and furnished comfortably in country style.
Visitors to Orkney are well aware of the many possibilities on offer when they make the journey North to these enchanting Islands.
With the best fishing lochs, bird reserves, archaeological sites, and beaches all within twenty minutes drive, as well as the Northern inner isles ferry terminal only two miles away. Eviedale is an ideal base for all these activities.
After a long day out enjoying yourself (in June it barely gets dark ), you may just want to relax in our fine rural setting.
If however, you decide to dine out. We are only 15 minutes by car from 4 of the best country hotels in the West mainland all of which serve good wholesome food.
Or, with our excellent road links, the delights of Kirkwall and Stromness are only 25 minutes away by car.
Adjacent to a working dairy farm in the small village of Evie and close to the sandy beach of Aikerness on the shores of the Eynhallow sound.
The Broch of Gurness is within easy walking distance.
One cottage, having slightly wider doors and no steps, is suitable for wheelchairs.
