Fairwinds Chalets

Delightful village location in the Cairgorm National Park Fairwinds Chalets nestle around our lochan in a tranquil woodland setting. We sit in the center of the village buffered by 7 acres of grounds - the local ammenities are just a few mns away.

The setting for our chalets is really quite special. You look out on to our lochan with the woodland surrounding the property. Ducks swim on the lochan and reds squirels dot around the grounds as do a wide range of birds ( feathered of course ) The larger chalets have a lovely decking you can sit out on and watch the world go by. Our chalets sleep either 4 or 6 persons and  offer an excellent standard of accommodation. We include electricity and linen as standard. The chalets are warm and comfortable even in the coldest weather.

Resident owners are on site 24hrs and are always available to help out with any problems you might have. Set within the Cairngorm National Park we are in an area of outstanding beauty with so many things to see and do. Open all year.

2 bedroom chalet £365- £500
3 bedroom chalet £440 - £625
Fairwinds chalets are centrally located in the highlands and give easy access to the north/east/west of the highlands.

Winter and summer offer a wide range of activities with all levels of walking including access to many Munro's. Water sports, skiing/boarding, climbing, white water rafting, fishing, shooting, pony trekking, quad biking, archery, clay pigeon shooting, bird watching to name some activities along with castles, gardens, whisky trail, Loch Ness cruises, Wildlife Park, Landmark Forrest Adventure Park, many golf courses, sled dogs, reindeer herds, Strathspey railway all set around the most magnificent scenery.

At Fairwinds you will share the grounds with our resident ducks, red squirrels and many local birds including crested tits and Scottish crossbills. Early mornings and late evening roe deer can often be seen. The village of Carrbridge has a local Spar shop, artist studio and several places to eat and drink. The chalets have all the equipment you will need for your stay, private parking for 2 cars and access to a ski shed.
