St Andrews, world famous as the "Home of Golf" is just 11 miles away, while Carnoustie, site of the 2007 British Open Championship, is 13 miles.Newport-on-Tay, a picturesque Fife village situated on the banks of the River Tay, has a good range of local facilities. The city of Dundee, with pubs, restaurants and a wide range of shopping and entertainment, is just across the Tay Bridge. Fife is famous for its unspoiled coastline, beaches and fishing villages with opportunities for cycling and walking. Edinburgh, 50 miles away, is easily accessed by rail or road.
Fernbrae House Apartment offers an exceptional quality of accommodation with four twin bedrooms, (bedroom 4 accessed via either bedroom 2 or bedroom 3), two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, and "the Billiard Room," a 25 x 35 foot panelled room with vaulted ceiling and gas fireplace providing open-plan living and dining areas. Garage parking for two cars. Sleeps 8.
