Set up above the hustle and bustle of the shops, but only a two minute walk to get to all restaurants, theatre, cinema, music venues, Marks & Spencers etc.

    The building itself is late Victorian and, while the interior has been fully renovated to reflect 21stC tastes, the character of this part of Inverness has maintained its Victorian roots.

    Flat No.9 has been refurbished to a high modern standard and, with heating in every room, large double bed, two singles, tasteful furniture and storage space to die for, the emphasis is on comfort and high quality living. The roomy bathroom is fitted to a high standard and the kitchen is well appointed with electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster and large fridge freezer. There is also a washer/dryer machine for you too.

    To complete the fully modern feel, you will also be able to enjoy Flat screen TV/DVD, free WiFi internet access and CD/Radio/ipod player. A good selection of books, DVD's and games will help you laze away the odd evening in.

    Road Directions

    From the south on the A9.
    Flat No.9 is 10 minutes from the edge of town.
    1.Your first sight of Inverness will be from the top of a hill on the dual carriageway to the south. Drive down the long hill and take the slip road marked A96 to Aberdeen. At the large roundabout, take the first exit.
    2.Pass the Esso garage on your left and at the next small roundabout, turn left up the hill on the Old Perth road.
    3.At the mini roundabout, turn right onto Culcabock Road.
    4.At the next traffic lights, turn right onto Kingsmills Road.
    5.At the next traffic lights, go straight on, then, as the road turns sharply right, you take a left turn into Charles Street.
    6.At the end of Charles Street, turn left onto Ardconnel Street and look for No.9 just a few metres up on your left.

    Public Transport Directions

    From the nearest information centre:- 10 minutes walk.
    From the Information Centre turn right up Bridge Street, carry straight on up the pedestrian High Street for about 100m then turn right up the Market Brae steps. Ardconnel Street is at the top of the steps and Flat No.9 is 100m up on your left.

    Getting there by railway:- 10 minutes walk.
    1.Walk out the main station exit on to Academy Street (loads of taxis here if you don't want to walk, cost approx £3.50)
    2.Cross the road and turn left to walk up the pedestrian Inglis Street.
    3.As you walk up the pedestrian area, you will see the Market Brae steps straight ahead (the Royal Bank of Scotland is off to the right of them).

    Getting there by aeroplane:- 10 miles, approx 15-20 minutes.
    1.Take signs for A96 to Inverness
    2.Once past the big Tesco on your left, you arrive at large roundabout and take the second exit.
